TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY:
When making their booking, guests are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount due payable to:

In either cases, please ensure that you specify the period you require.

CONDITIONS:
On arrival, guests are required to pay a deposit of €100 which will be returned when they'll leave provided there is no damage to the property. Final payment can be made with cash. Check-in: between 2.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m

Check-out 10.00 a.m.:Clean laundry, (bed linen and towels), and weekly changes included

The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September
Breakfast is not included

Sun beds and umbrellas can be booked at licensed bathing establishments.
Our agriturismo is accessible to the disabled and has two apartments that are appropriately fitted out.
Only small animals are allowed.

Additional costs:
- Linen supplying at the arrival € 20,00 per week;
- Additional bed € 20,00 per week;
- Cot € 20,00 per week, daily cleaning is not included, but is available on request at an additional cost;
- Washing machine € 20,00 per week;
- Final cleanings € 35,00
- Heating dependant on use (logs, gas, oil and electricity)
- Animals (when allowed) € 25.00 per week
