We have restored all the apartments with great care respecting the traditional style of the Marche region with exposed beams and tiles for the ceilings, and using terracotta type tiles for the floors. The colours of the walls of the rooms are in the traditional sages, pinks, saffrons, blues and lavenders that recall the harmony of country life.

The furnishings are tasteful and in keeping with the property - chests, bread chests, old glass cabinets, and antiques that we found at little antique fairs throughout the Marche and restored by skilled, local artisans and then there are flowers, vases, pottery and ceramics …

The position of the agriturismo is an excellent starting point for itineraries to discover the Marche and Umbria. We are about 12 kms from Fano and Senigallia, Urbino is about 50 kms away, the caves at Frasassi about 70 kms, San Marino about 70 kms, Gubbio 60 kms, and Assisi 80 kms.

There is a level 30 minute country walk to the beach at Marotta – anyone can do it! And for those who like to idle their time away, don’t forget that you can spend wonderful days relaxing by the beautiful pool, drinking something cool and reading a good book.
